BOOK DISCUSSION ON
HARRY POTTER SERIES
· Critical
appreciation and Analytical Discussions on these books with special reference
to Gender Equality were conducted in the respective classes of Grade VIII.
· The
ambience of the Classrooms was accordingly set by the Board Decoration Teams.
· The ICT
Team created digital documents by video recording the Book Discussion Sessions.
All the classes participated with full
enthusiasm and put their best foot forward. The efforts of all the students
have been highly appreciated by the judges.
The judgment was based on the combination of
all three above-mentioned aspects.

ReplyDeleteI am ADARSH of class 8 and I had taken part in the project and my class won. These type of competitions inhance your skills , your vocabulary and of course your concentration. I particularly want to talk about gender equality and the series here . This competition helps us to know that there are still times where people are being discriminated on the base of gender but we also come to know that there are people who are fighting against these obstacles in the society. This series help us to know that girls are no less than boys and all should have equal respect in the society. Very happy by the resource chosed for the theme(Harry potter series)

Jk rowling through Harry Potter series proves or shows that girls are no less they are in fact stronger and smarter than boys but the world doesn't recognise their potential,and these kids prove that"GIRLS ARE EQUAL TO BOYS"we all did a lot of homework and it is shown in the performance at last

ReplyDeleteI was a part of book discussion team. I have learnt a lot of things. I was very happy to be a part of it . it was a wonderful project.

The activity was interesting. We learned,we enjoyed and we worked ad understood the meaning of team work. Gender equality is a major concern now a days and we must understand it carefully. Men and women both are humans and there must be no discrimination between them. We learn about gender equality from books and The Harry Potter books is one of them.
